The Förderverein Wilhelmschule would like to inform you :

Education package

Children are entitled to an education and participation in activities within the school.

Since 2011 there is a scheme for families with low income and who receives benefits from the state.

Who can claim benefits and where to claim them ?

• Arbeitslosengeld II or Sozialgeld ( unemployment benefit II ) Information will be avalible in your Jobcenter

• Sozialhilfe ( entitled to state welfare ) Information will be avalible in the local townhall ( Rathaus )

• Leistungen nach dem Asylbewerberleistungsgesetz – AsylblG ( social welfare law for asylum seekers ) Information will be avalible in the local townhall ( Rathaus )

• Wohngeld or Kinderzulage  ( help with rent or child allowance ) Information will be avalible in the local townhall ( Rathaus )

These benefits are also avalible for those with refugee status. So the children are

not excluded from the social, cultural and educational live.

Bildungs – und Teilhabepaket

What you are entitled to claim from the state :

• day or overnight trips
• schhol materials e.g. books, pens, folders etc.
• bus train fares
• after care
• lunch
• help with extra activities (e.g. english, music lessons and sport activities)

Day and over night trips :

If you don´t have the funds ( depending on local regulations ) you may be entitled to recieve help from the state.This also includes familie that earn more than Hartz IV income.
